not outdoors yet - waiting for the weather and my fitness to improve - once i can justify getting the gps watch yoke to monitor my distance (by staying at it for a few months) then I will be outdoors, though i might take the big run outdoors just for a change.

At 20 miles per week it won't take long at all for the lbs to fall off. Is this in the gym or are you venturing outdoors?

Doing about 20 miles a week - only 4/5 miles a day depending on how my legs feel...not too much. Taking it up the next notch will be the hardest - my aim is to be doing 6miles a day(3/4 days) and then one 10 miler. I am not aiming for any race or marathon, just personal satisfaction and being able to use my old (small) belt again :)
